The 27 tooth weft density change gear is made of cast iron HT15-33 by sanding. The overall dimensions are: diameter 51.3mm, inner hole diameter 18mm, spur gear thickness 21.7mm, and there are（ φ 5mm) locating hole, L33 is the general name of weft gear of all looms, 27T refers to the gear with 27 teeth, and t is the abbreviation of tooth tooth.
The weft density gear, weft density wheel and GA615 weft density change gear of 1511 loom are common accessories, which are mainly replaced by the change of fabric density in the production order. The weft density wheel is a component of the seven wheel intermittent coiling device of the loom. When the reed swings from back to front during the swing movement, the reed foot 3244 or K1 drives the coiling iron finger L2 to swing forward through the guide groove foot L1.
The coiling rod L4 is installed on the inner side of the wallboard 4302 or P2, its upper part is equipped with a coiling hook L5 facing the front of the machine, and the lower half of the circular groove is sleeved on the coiling iron finger. When the coiling iron finger swings forward with the reed foot, it pushes the lower part of the coiling rod to swing forward, and the coiling hook on the upper part moves to the rear of the machine, driving the coiling serrated wheel L7 to rotate one tooth, and driving the pricking roller gear L13 to rotate the pricking roller through the standard gear L33, the change gear, the core pinion l00-4, the bridge gear 10 and the bridge pinion L11.
