Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories has long provided 1511 textile machine accessories - 44 loom accessories buffer bottom plate support feet F00-2/F00-3, which are made of gray iron HT15-33. Each loom uses two respectively. F00-2 and F00-3 form the left hand and right hand. They are installed on the side surfaces of both ends of the reed frame Q1 of the loom. F00-2/3 belongs to single eye bottom plate support feet, which are composed of F45 or F46 and F53, F45 and F46 are divided into E1 and E2 specifications.
As shown in the figure above, the lower part of the round hole ear is different from the arc surface of the protrusion. The thick bottom plate supporting feet are f46-e1 and E2, which just form the left hand and right hand, belonging to f00-3. On the contrary, the thinner ones are f45-e1 and E2, belonging to f00-2.

F00-2/3 belongs to auxiliary parts and is an important component composed of the sliding box of loom. Its installation requirements are: the distance between the bottom plate support foot and the sliding boxes F42 and F43 is 11-12mm.
The weight of a single loom accessory F00-2 is about 0.3KG, and the diameter of the F53 screw is M8,1511-44 Buffer Base Plate Support Foot F00-2/F00-3. The Buffer bottom plate supporting foot F00-2/3 of loom accessories is suitable for narrow looms. The lower part is connected with the leather ring guide F4, and the raised arc surface is rubbed with the loom leather ring for cushioning.
