The supporting foot of 1515-B27 loom is installed on the front cross beam P4 or 4307. The diameter of the circular hole fixing the let off side shaft B17 or 3426 on the supporting foot is 24mm. The front supporting foot of B27 let off side shaft of loom is divided into left hand and right hand, and the diameter of the circular hole supporting the inclined shaft above is 15mm.

Installation steps of let off side shaft (take 1511 as an example):
1. Thread the side shaft B17 into the shaft hole of the rear support foot B4 from the rear of the machine. After the countersink on the shaft is close to the machine, put the worm B19 on the shaft end of the side shaft B17, and fix the left and right positions of the rear support foot B4 with a 222mm side shaft setting gauge. Adjust the supporting foot B4 according to the meshing depth of worm gear B5 and B19, make the supporting foot roughly horizontal, and tighten the screw.
2. Correct the upper, lower, left and right center deviation of side shaft support foot B4 with a setting gauge and a level ruler. The upper and lower base surfaces of the supporting feet can be filed by the upper and lower deviation, and the left and right base surfaces of the supporting feet can be filed by the left and right deviation, but the correctness of the setting gauge must be ensured. The center deviation of the supporting feet B27 before installation shall be calculated and be horizontal.
3. When correcting the center deviation of the supporting foot after the let off side shaft,The worm gear B5 should be corrected repeatedly,Engagement of worm B19, There should be a gap of 0.5-0.8mm.
4. Put on the tightening ring B18, bevel gear B37 and B31. Fix the worm, tightening ring, bevel gear and screw in the same straight line, and the front and rear looseness of the side shaft shall not exceed 0.8mm.
